Sturdy steel h-beam conrods for 1.4L TSI engines H-shafted steel connecting rods for all 1.4L TSI engines EA111 & EA211 are designed for an extremepower increase of up to 600 hp. This increases the performance of your Polo, Audi A1 and Co enormously. From an output of 200PS, you should definitely upgrade to the conrods, as the original parts cannot withstand this high load and can break. Thanks to the H-shaft, these conrods are extremely robust and highly resistant to torsion. The loads are reduced and distributed over the conrods, which is why they are also very durable. Although they are bursting withstability, the 1.4L TSI conrods areextremely light: after all, every gram counts when it comes to increasing performance. In order to optimally lubricate the piston pins and protect the engine parts from abrasion, the conrods come with anadditional bore (rifle drilled). All conrods from ZRP areprecisely angledandtested. Included, of course, are 5/16" ARP 2000 expansion screws and mounting paste. There are a few things to bear in mind when fitting, so we have summarised some information for you on how to tightenthe connecting rod bolts correctly!
