1.8L & 2.0L TSI EA888 Gen.3 MQB FWD Downpipe with 200 cell Cat

The 76 mm downpipe with 200-cell metal catalytic converter significantly reduces the back pressure and relieves the turbo, resulting in increased power and a lower exhaust gas temperature. The downpipe is made of stainless steel. The flanges are laser-cut from steel so that they do not warp. The flange surfaces are planned in the connection and prevent thus leakages. We use here an interlock flex pipe, which is particularly flexible and also very stable. A lambda probe connection in M18x1,5mm is welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust is reduced to 60 mm and can therefore be easily driven with the original exhaust system. Possibly the after cat probe must be programmed out in the software. Only suitable for vehicles with front wheel drive.
