Extra long bolts with washers for mounting a KKK turbocharger with our upgrade exhaust manifold. Now also made of extremely heat-resistant INCONEL® material!INCONEL® is a special alloy which is e.g. is also used in Formula 1 or for the construction of reactor housings. Since the upgrade manifold is higher than the standard, these extra long screws must be used. Mount screws on the thread and under the head with VW hot screw paste. Tightening torque 55Nm. After the first installation, let the engine warm up and retighten the screws with a cooled manifold with 55Nm! Always use new gasket between turbo and manifold.
