High-quality oil cooler kit for your 1.8T 20V. The high-quality oil cooler kit prevents excessively high oil temperatures. It ensures a constant oil pressure. The engine seals also do not harden, which has a positive effect on the service life of the engine. 31-piece complete kit: 13-row oil cooler BAR-TEK® Oil cooler flange with thermostat (approx. 80° C) Complete sealing and mounting material This kit is easy to install. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, you have aconstant oil temperatureandcontrol over the oil pressure. The finished steel-coated lines give your engine a long service life. TheBAR-TEK® Next-Generation oil cooler flangeis a development from BAR-TEK® . The flange is made of aluminium and is milled from solid material. The black anodised surface not only looks good, but also protects the flange from corrosion. The internally installed thermostat ensures anoptimum oil temperatureof 80° C. It is completelymaintenance-free. With the 1/8 NPT connection, you can also install atemperature and oil pressure indicator. To make installation easier, we have replaced the conventional screw with a 12 mm screw with hexagon socket. This allows you to align and fasten your oil cooler flange at the same time using normal tools.
