1.8T 20V upgrade Cooling water flange kit BAR-TEK®

Upgrade Aluminium coolant flange kit for 1.8T 20V engines. The coolant flanges fitted as standard become porous and brittle over time. The 1.8T 20V often struggles with creeping coolant loss, which leads to increased engine temperatures and, in the worst case scenario, to major engine damage. To counteract this problem, we have now manufactured the coolant flanges from aluminium, as these generally outlast the service life of the vehicle. The set contains: 4x coolant flange 1x paper gasket Attention: Only two of the four connections fit the Polo 9N3.
