1.8T 20V upgrade Turbo exhaust manifold slotted BAR-TEK®

Cast nickel turbo manifold upgrade for all 1.8T engines 150 or 180PS. Also suitable for Audi A3, Passat, Audi A4, Golf4, Seat etc.. Significant increase in performance thanks to the enlarged pipe guides (41mm)! Flanges are additionally slotted and therefore much more resistant to cracks. Order suitable gasket for cylinder head directly. Please choose between longitudinally and transversely mounted engines. Transverse e. g. Golf 4 or Audi A3 Longitudinal e. g. Passat or Audi A4 Due to the bulbous shape, two of the upper nuts are difficult to access. However, installation is possible for experienced mechanics even when the engine is installed. It is easier with our turbo nuts , as these have a smaller spanner width. In addition, longer screws are required, we recommend our Inconel screws .
