Perfect for sporting ambitions: Sport- valve springs-set BAR-TEK® up to 3 bar boost pressure Our sport valve springs kit consists of valve springs for intake and exhaust valves and the corresponding titanium spring discs. These strengthen your valve drive even at very high boost pressures. We have tested them up to 3bar boost pressure! Our sports valve springs are perfect for sporty drivers of TSI engines. Now you can drive at higher revs - completely without worrying about valve flutter and broken rocker arms. The response behaviour is also shorter and the valve drive runs more smoothly thanks to the titanium spring retainer. The valve springs are made of high-quality tempered steel and come in a customised spring rate with titanium spring plates for all 2.0 TSI EA888 engines (such as the Golf 7 or Audi TT). Features: Faster response behaviour Higher engine speed possible Easier valve drive due to titanium spring retainer Stable for boost pressures far above 2 bar (tested up to 3 bar) Included in the kit: 8 springs for the exhaust 8 springs for the intake Spring retainer made of titanium for top Attention:Our sports valve springs are designed for high performance. They are made from a special heat-treated steel that is extremely strong and tough. They are specially coated and have a higher material thickness than standard springs. This makes them ideal for sporting use. Our sports valve springs are designed for high performance. They are made from a special heat-treated steel that is extremely strong and tough. They are specially coated and have a higher material thickness than standard springs. This makes them ideal for sporting use. Not only the material itself, but also the design of our valve springs is something special. Thanks to their oval shape, a larger valve lift is created. Among other things, this increases the speed stability of your engine. The conical design (the spring is narrower at the top) reduces the mass and also has a positive effect on the overall engine running. With the oval shape, we have also eliminated a problem that can be associated with increased power and springs that are too weak. This is because turbocharged engines can have problems with the boost pressure if the valves or the discs and springs are too weak. Bartek explains what this feels like in the video below on valve springs. By optimising the shape, we therefore ensure that the springs can't go on block (and break) and that the correct preload is always applied to the springs. As a result, the engine revs up more smoothly and there are no more problems with the boost pressure. Technical data: L0=47.00 +/- 0.30mm F1=307.00 N @ 40.00mm F2=748.00 N @ 30.00mm Rate 44.1 N/mm resulting in 441 N load at 10mm compression Lc=23.00mm Max
