V1 K04 upgrade Turbocharger from Turbo-Total up to 400 HP for 2.0L TSI EA888 engines with chain. With our V1 upgrade turbocharger you replace the small original BorgWarner turbo and can reach an engine power up to 400hp. Matching components like exhaust system with Downpipe, high pressure pump, injectors and matching software tuning are needed for 400 HP. Delivery complete with manifold, pressure can and boost pressure control valve. We recommend at least the oil supply line to renew with! Suitable for: 2.0L TSI EA888 engines with engine codes: CAWB, CCZA and CCZB. Our V1 upgrade turbocharger is based on KKK K04 and is therefore plug&play to the TSI typical downpipes, intake as well as pressure lines fit. Blue coating of the manifold is not included in the price: Better than any heat tape is the ceramic coating. The process is still applied by hand individually on each component. All kinds of components such as manifolds or turbocharger exhaust turbines can be coated. First a base coating in beige color is applied. After that up to 14 different colors can be chosen. The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros upwards.
