BAR-TEK® Swirl flap kit 22mm suitable for BMW M47 Diesel

Repair kit for the swirl flaps for your BMW with M47 engine. With increasing mileage, dirt and soot deposits build up on the swirl flaps. Over time, the flaps can break and fall into the combustion chamber. To prevent engine damage, our repair kit replaces the original swirl flaps with custom-fit, CNC manufactured plugs. Features: Complete kit - The kit contains all the necessary parts and gaskets to remove the swirl flaps 4x CNC milled aluminium plugs for the swirl flaps 1 x manifold gasket between EGR valve and intake manifold 4 x intake manifold gaskets towards the valve cover 4 x intake manifold gaskets in the direction of the valve cover cylinder head 5 x support rings Please be sure to compare the diameter of the swirl flaps before ordering. If the distance between the fixing screws of the swirl flap is 35mm, you need the kit with 22mm. If the distance is 45mm, the correct kit with 33mm covers is further down in our accesories!
