BAR-TEK® upgrade Low pressure fuel pump suitable for BMW S58B30 G8X M2/M3/M4

Our S58 low pressure fuel pump upgrade kit is a high flow solution based on OEM parts, developed with Walbro fuel pumps specifically for the BMW S58 platform. Our LPFP is particularly suitable for vehicles that are designed for high performance (up to over 1000 hp) - be it with petrol or ethanol. Depending on the desired performance, you can choose between a powerful Walbro 450 or Walbro 525 refuelling pump. The 450 is designed for outputs up to approx. 1000 hp. The 525 for up to 1200 hp. We integrate the additional Walbro pump directly into the factory pump basket using a CNC-milled aluminium manifold. All external lines, connections and the fuel pressure regulator are integrated into the manifold and connected via PTFE hoses with quick-release couplings. A stainless steel micron fuel filter sits underneath . The problem of clogged, "non-serviceable" standard filters is a thing of the past. For enthusiasts planning a fuel return line with an external fuel pressure regulator, there is a separate return connection in the distributor. The connection is closed for the standard configuration, so that a later upgrade is possible without having to replace the pump. Each set includes a high-quality Hobb switch to ensure correct electrical control and reliable pump operation under different load conditions. As a special addition, we offer you the option of having the pump unit completely assembled. Fitted with a brand new original fuel pump for the tank and tested before despatch. Simply connect and get started with the original connections.
