Completely CNC machined 8V cylinder head for all G60 engines in exchange.Scope of services: Cylinder head dismantling and cleaning Professional cleaning in an ultrasonic bath CNC Machining of the intake and exhaust ducts Replacing the valve guides to conical version Recutting the seat rings Fitting new valve stem seals We offer two different performance levels especially for the G60 cylinder head:Version 1 for 8mm valves in 40/33Version 2 for 7mm valves in 40/34mm.All inlet and outlet ducts have been manufactured with elaborate CNC machining. This has given the cylinder head a perfect and absolutely channel-identical finish. Each cylinder therefore has a 100% identical filling.Our G60 cylinder head fits all Golf engines built between 89 and 92.We also recommend the followingaccesories: Schrick valve springs Schrick hydraulic tappet Schrick titanium spring retainer Schrick valve keys Schrick or Supertech valves The G60 cylinder head must be sent to us in advance.Depending on the complexity and capacity utilisation, we need approx. 2 weeks for completion.
