H-beam connecting rods for all BMW M50, M52 and M54 with 2.5L, 2.8L and 3.0L displacement with 135x22mm conrods. You need the steel connecting rods for performance upgrades, turbo or supercharger conversions and high-revving concepts, as the original conrods were not developed for high loads. The conrods are even durable up to 1000 hp ! The design of the H-beam conrods ensures that they can withstand extreme pressure loads. They have enormous rigidity and are therefore very stable. Although they are milled from solid material, they are also very light. This makes them ideal for motorsport, where every gram counts.
