Tial 38mm external wastegate (F38)

TIAL F38 external wastegate suitable for turbo engines up to approx. 500hp. The F38 Tial wastegate has a valve with a 38mm diameter and is the smallest and most affordable TIAL version. Both the housing and the valve are made of 347SS stainless steel to withstand the highest temperatures. The inner diaphragm is made of temperature-resistant Nomex and is additionally reinforced. Tial uses a very high quality stainless steel spring and thus guarantees a constant spring rate over the entire temperature range TIAL uses Nitronic 60 stainless steel for the valve seat and the valve guide.
