Tial MV-S 38mm external wastegate water-cooled

TIAL MV-S external wastegate with water cooling suitable for turbo engines up to approx. 600 hp. The MV-S Tial wastegate has a valve with a 38mm diameter. Both the housing and the valve are made of 347SS stainless steel to withstand the highest temperatures. The inner diaphragm is made of temperature-resistant Nomex and is additionally reinforced. Tial uses a very high quality stainless steel spring to ensure a constant spring rate over the entire temperature range. Additional Dash 4 water connections for optimum cooling. (Water connections can also be closed if not required) TIAL uses Nitronic 60 stainless steel for the valve seat and valve guide.
