Toyota GR Yaris intercooler Kit Forge

The latest high-performance intercooler from Forge for the Toyota Yaris GR. Made in the UK. Throughout the development process we have endeavoured to improve the efficiency and performance of the Yaris GR's engine. Our project brief was to develop a intercooler that utilises all the available space in the original OEM intercooler position and ensures that the intake air temperature is reduced without negatively impacting the boost pressure or engine and transmission cooling.Compared to the OEM intercooler, the Forge radiator has 42% more surface area and an internal volume increase of over 100%. This has resulted in an increase in performance of more than 10 hp and 15 Nm. As the connections on the intercooler have been increased to 60 mm, we have included all the necessary silicone hoses and hardware with the intercooler kit to make the installation plug and play.The intercooler from Forge Motorsport is a perfect performance tuning part that fits directly to the OEM mounting points and allows for easy installation in a relatively short time.
