Turbosmart vIWG vacuum Wastegate actuator suitable for BMW N20

Plug and Play Bolt on Wastegate actuators for the factory turbocharger from the 2.0L BMW N20 turbo engine with a pneumatic vacuum actuator. Vacuum operated Wastegate actuators from Turbosmart are designed to provide maximum quick response for the stock turbocharger. The improved Turbosmart vIWG series actuators benefit from an increased "work ratio" over the stock pressure can, resulting in improved response across the entire RPM band. This improved "work ratio" is achieved by increasing the effective value of the diaphragm surface and revisions to the built-in springs, resulting in greater leverage of the forces the actuator must work against. By using upgrade with the same charge pressure as from the factory, a wider boost and torque curve is created as the peak is reached earlier in the rpm and held longer at higher rpm. These improvements can be further enhanced with higher boost pressures.
