VR6 and R32 Sachs RCS clutch with steel single mass flywheel for 6-speed transmissions up to 1530Nm. Key advantages of the Sachs RCS multi-disc clutch: More clutch surface due to multiple discs Less mass due to more compact design Clutch pedal is smoother Less distortion possible Longer service life Complete plug & play kit consisting of: Aluminium clutch housing in 184mm or 200mm diameter. Lightweight CNC flywheel made of chrome molybdenum steel (2.5kg). Dynamically balanced components. With matching intermediate discs and high-strength screws. Integrated starter ring, elaborately milled (one unit with flywheel). Suitable spacer ring matched to our flywheel. Please choose between the following variants: Up to 380Nm continuous load (184mm 1 disc sintered) Up to 620Nm continuous load (184mm 2 discs sintered) Up to 950Nm continuous load (184mm 3 discs sintered) Up to 1020Nm continuous load (200mm 2 discs sintered) Up to 1530Nm continuous load (200mm 3 discs sintered) (also available with organic linings. Organic linings facilitate starting, but can transmit less torque than sintered linings) Fits all VR6 and R32 engines with 02M 6-speed gearbox. The RCS Sachs clutch may make rattling noises when idling, but these are harmless. Caution: When using the RCS clutch, the spring travel of the clutch pedal should be limited to a maximum of 5 mm to avoid overpressing the clutch springs.
